The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction arranged on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 2 April – 28 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 23 April 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer pertains.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
