The deadline for submitting offers ends on 26 April 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 22 April 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any fees for transferring connection agreements are the responsibility of the buyer.

The foreclosed property is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 26 April 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the incrementing system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 22 April 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.

A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the object in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
