The property has a reserve price. The bidding will be held on the Huutokaupat.com website. The bidding starts on 2 March 2026 at 06:00 and ends on 20 April 2026 at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids must be submitted through the bidding on Huutokaupat.com. Other offers will not be considered.

The Municipality of Tuusula reserves the right to accept or reject submitted bids. The seller is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The seller reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property is sold as seen with the equipment and condition it has in the listing and at the time of sale. Bidders are obliged to inspect the property and documents themselves before making a binding bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a pre-inspection or from the documents.

The purchase price must be paid in full as a single payment against an invoice issued by the Municipality of Tuusula. The purchase sum must be paid before signing the purchase contract. The purchase contract is signed once the sales decision concerning the transfer of the property has become legally valid. The purchase contract must be signed during the validity of the sales decision.

Schedule in brief:

·        The auction ends on 20 April 2026 at 19:00

·        Signing of the purchase contract earliest approximately within 2 months from the end of the auction. The time is not binding on the municipality.

·        The purchase sum must be paid before signing the purchase contract.

The Municipality of Tuusula will draw up the purchase contract and set the terms of the sale and transfer. The draft contract attached and its terms can be reviewed before submitting a bid.

The purchase contract must be signed after the sales decision concerning the transfer of the property has become legally valid and during the validity of that decision, unless the municipality decides otherwise. If the bidder refuses to complete the sale or the purchase contract is not signed in accordance with the terms, the Municipality of Tuusula has the right to reject the bid and charge the bidder reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction (Land Code, compensation for withdrawal from a sale, Chapter 2, Section 8).

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the debt-free purchase price.

By participating in this bidding the buyer confirms they have reviewed the information provided about the property and accepts the purchase contract to be signed by them and its terms. The buyer's submitted bid is a commitment to buy the property and the buyer confirms that the financing required for the purchase has been arranged.
