The object is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 16 April 2026 and 10 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 10 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 16 April 2026 to 10 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer decides separately on accepting or rejecting the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic-bidding function. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 07 May 2026 at 12:00 at the latest, to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
