The deadline for submitting offers expires on 19 April 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raising mechanism. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 15 April 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of utility or connection contracts.

The seized property is sold at an online auction with automatic raises on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 19 April 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted purchase offer has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raising mechanism. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 15 April 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
