The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 6 October 2026 to 28 October 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 28 October 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the www.huutokaupat.com website, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 27 October 2026 at 12:00 to the Mikkeli office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, at Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property has been seized for enforcement and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

An appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
