The property will be sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 15 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Online bids are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. Further payment details will be provided after acceptance of the bid.

If necessary, three weeks may be granted for payment of the balance of the purchase price. Any use of the payment period must be notified separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the full purchase price must be paid in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. It must be signed and include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com property number to which the bid relates.

The property has been foreclosed and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, as appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making a bid.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer acquires title to the property and the deed of sale is delivered to the buyer only once the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
