Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. Submission of the written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer, and the offer must be delivered to the Lahti office of the Enforcement Authority, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 28.10.2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The foreclosed property is sold at online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 01.11.2026 at 18:00, or 2 minutes after the last accepted purchase bid has been placed at the auction.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement authority no later than 28.10.2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
