Seized residential property on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi (4.5 hectares), Nokia

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 29.9.2026-2.11.2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right, if necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid and provide more detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder is deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by way of a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
