Foreclosed property in Lieto, Lieto

The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 16 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, a maximum of four weeks may be granted to pay the balance of the purchase price. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the listing number on Huutokaupat.com to which it relates. The written bid is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 12:00 on 12 November 2026 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been foreclosed and is sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, as appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making a bid.

The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for registration of title. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer acquires title to the property and the deed of sale is handed over only once the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
