The property will be sold by auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 26 October 2026 and 15 November 2026. Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for submitting bids is 15 November 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 12:00 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Pori office, at Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The foreclosed property is sold by a sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 15 November 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
