The deadline for submitting bids ends on 01.11.2023 at 18:00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. 

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the bidding automaton. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount offered, and the item number on the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer is submitted. The submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer, and the offer must be delivered to the Ulosottolaitos office in Lahti, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, by 28.10.2026 at 12:00 at the latest.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

Ulosottolaitos is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that has been accepted by the service provider's system as the highest.
Ulosottolaitos may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The enforced property is sold by online auction with increment bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 01.11.2026 at 18:00, or 2 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been placed.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding automaton. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement authority no later than 28.10.2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
