The property will be sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.
The online auction ends on 17 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.
A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the balance of the purchase price, if necessary. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act must be paid on the entire purchase price for the agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.
If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bidding agent. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13 November 2026 at 12:00, at
Enforcement Authority/Turku office
Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4
20100 Turku
or turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi
The written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates.
Other information:
The property has been seized for enforcement and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a free sale, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code as appropriate.
Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting a bid.
Transfer tax of 1.5% is calculated on the total of the purchase price and the obligations transferred to the buyer, as at the date of transfer of ownership.
The buyer will acquire ownership of the shares, and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only once the sale decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
