Raseborg City is offering for sale the shares entitling to apartment B 18 in Housing Company Torngatan 4 in Ekenäs, Prästängsgatan 2. The flat comprises 2 rooms + kitchenette, 40 m², on the 4th floor.

The building was constructed in 1941. Renovations carried out in the company and planned measures are shown in the attached manager’s certificate and other documents.

Raseborg City is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system.

Raseborg City reserves the right to end or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted via the online auction are binding.

The property is sold to the highest bidder (total price, €). However, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Conditional bids are not accepted.
