Inspection of the property

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place of signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of shares take place at the closing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not materialise for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed fixed compensation, which in this auction is the same as the deposit (4% of the sale price).
