Shares conferring the right to possess a 2-room apartment with kitchen in the centre of Loppi sold by enforcement auction, Loppi

The property will be sold by open bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 31.8.2026 and 24.9.2026. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 24.9.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer applies.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 23.9.2026 at 12:00 to the address of the Enforcement Authority:

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the end of the auction, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder of the highest accepted bid and provide more detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The bidder of the highest bid must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the bidder of the highest bid is deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
