Terms of sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest submitted bid. The buyer undertakes to sign the deed of sale within one month of the bid being accepted. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price must be paid by bank transfer to the account specified by the seller before signing the deed. The buyer shall apply for title registration within six months of signing the deed and pay the registration costs.

The property's cadastral and zoning information is based on public authority registers and other confirmed documents. For buildings, the year of commissioning or the best possible estimate is given.

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for the costs of arranging the failed auction, amounting to €500, or, if the seller accepts the next highest bid, the difference between the bids if this is greater than €500.

Conclusion of the sale

The buyer must pay the purchase price to the seller's specified bank account before the deed signing appointment and present the payment receipt at the signing.

The buyer will obtain ownership and possession rights to the property after signing the deed and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax of 3% of the purchase price and the costs of title registration if the plot is sold.

The seller is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings as described in the listing and at the time of sale.
