Seized property/building plot in Salo, Salo

The property is sold in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 24 August 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of a bid, the buyer must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted.

If needed, payment time for the remaining purchase price may be granted until 21 September 2026. Use of the payment extension must be notified separately. If payment time is used, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed period from the date of sale to the end of the payment period.

If no payment time is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is completed.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority; it will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic raise feature. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number the offer concerns. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by public sale, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to inspect the property thoroughly and to review the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Therefore buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration (lainhuuto) for the acquisition within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will acquire ownership and the deed of sale will be handed over only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
