Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted as highest by the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question, the documents and the records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed in the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing meeting. The fee of the conveyance witness shall be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A party refusing to complete the sale must, under the Finnish Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
