Foreclosed forest property / Forest property under distraint in Närpes, Närpiö

The property has been distrained and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or, at minimum, 20% of the purchase price as a deposit. Further payment details will be provided by the Enforcement Agency when the bid is accepted.
