Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale by placing a bid.


Inspection of the property

Conclusion of the sale

Payment of the purchase price will take place at the signing. The conveyancer's fee will be paid equally by the buyer and the seller.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
