Seized island property in the Nagu archipelago, Pargas, Parainen

The property is sold by bidding on the online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding period ends on 27 August 2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted no later than 25 August 2025 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at the address:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves well with the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. For this reason, buyers should inspect the property before submitting an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months from the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively at the latest when applying for registration of title.

Transfer of ownership and delivery of the deed of sale require that the purchase price has been paid and the sale has become final.

Payment terms:

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s service funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the service funds account, the reference RF98 3760 0003 3942 41 must be used. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If the highest bid is accepted, payment time for the remainder of the purchase price may, if necessary, be granted up to 24 September 2025. If payment time is not used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after the bid is accepted. If payment time is used, annual interest pursuant to section 3(2) of the Interest Act shall be charged on the whole purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period. This reference rate, determined semi‑annually under section 12 of the Interest Act, is currently 2.50%.
