The property has been seized and is sold by private sale by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least 20% of the purchase price as a deposit.
