Seized leasehold with buildings in Harviala, Hämeenlinna, Hämeenlinna

The lot will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 9 July 2026 and 6 August 2026.

Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 6 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. A written offer is binding and subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must show the name and contact details of the bidder, the maximum bid amount and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. Offers must be submitted by 5 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Hämeenlinna office at: Ulosottolaitos, Hämeenlinna office, Arvi Kariston katu 5, 13100 Hämeenlinna, or by email to hameenlinna.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period. Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period.

Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

If the highest bid is accepted, a payment period of up to four weeks from the end of the auction may be granted if necessary. The payment period will be notified separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the sale date to the end of the payment period.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the time specified, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is completed.

The property is attached (seized) and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before bidding.
