The property is seized and will be sold by private sale organised by the enforcement officer, applying where appropriate the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms for this sale.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to examine the property, the sale documents and the terms applicable to the sale carefully before making an offer.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for damages under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of €10,000 to the Enforcement Authority's official reserve account. Acceptance of the offer and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.
