The old Östergård estate complex is located along Masalantie. According to a 2014 building-historical inventory, the property and its buildings have architectural, cultural-historical and landscape value.

Östergård is situated in a quiet residential area, offering peace and privacy. The houses are set on a scenic plot surrounded by lush nature, with old oaks, maples, spruces and pines. The original log walls and stone structures tell of earlier times.

OLD BUILDINGS

The existing old buildings are sold in a condition that would normally be considered fit for demolition, but they are not for demolition. They are protected, so any demolition must be discussed with the museum authorities and building control.

According to the latest condition inspection report, the buildings require extensive renovation.

NEW BUILD

The seller has applied for a siting permit for a new detached house and a demolition permit for the grey outbuilding protected in the partial master plan (building E, 138 m²).
