The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to familiarise themselves with the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle roadworthiness: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase the seller will resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the offered price and the resale price if lower, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
