• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. The goods come directly from use or from storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders have a duty to inspect the lot, related documents and files before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new, therefore defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check before purchase all potentially related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If any taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For late collection a charge of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before making an offer.

Please note that:

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold as seen, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct
