• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
