The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packaging and removal of the lot and for all related costs. Uncollected items revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration will be done using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequent invoices issued with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to even weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to the Anti-Money Laundering Act and sanctions are performed. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
