The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in the pictures are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership 14 days after collection (unless otherwise agreed) and any purchase price paid will not be refunded to the buyer. Any subsequent invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer. The auction approval can take from days to even weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks related to the Anti-Money Laundering Act and sanctions are required for the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
