• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the original sale price and the lower resale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms of sale that apply to this auction before making an offer.
