The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details; bid with the correct registration identifiers. Any later invoices with different details and any extra administrative work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to even weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks are required under anti-money-laundering or sanctions legislation. The seller cannot influence processing times.
