Concrete piers to the highest bidder, Helsinki

The concrete piers at Hakaniemenranta are to be removed by the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Purchased piers must be removed by 24 June 2026.

Preferably sold all at once; partial offers will also be considered.

The buyer with whom the contract is made must have a business ID (Y‑tunnus).

The seller reserves the right to start negotiations and conclude an agreement before the end of the bidding period.

The sales agreement will be made as follows:

2. Object of transfer

The object of transfer is the concrete pier(s), dimensions (approx. y × z m), together with associated structures (hereafter “pier(s)”),

location: Hakaniemenranta, Helsinki (image in attachment 1).

The pier(s) are transferred in their condition at the time of transfer.

3. Consideration

The buyer shall pay the contractually agreed consideration to the seller.

4. Ownership and possession

Ownership and possession transfer to the transferee at the time this agreement is signed.

5. Transfer of liability

The transferee is responsible for the pier and any related damages, obligations and costs

in full from the moment the agreement is signed.

The transferor is not liable after the agreement is signed for the pier, its condition, use or any

resulting harm or damage.

6. Removal and costs

The transferee undertakes to:

- ensure the transfer and removal entirely at their own

cost by 30 June 2026.

- be responsible for all costs related to the operation, such as transport, lifting,

unloading and any permit costs

- carry out the above measures in accordance with applicable law and

regulatory requirements.

7. Environmental responsibility and littering

The transferee is responsible for all pier- or handling-related:

- littering

- environmental damage

- cleaning and restoration costs

- and undertakes to promptly remove any waste and clean the area.

8. Liability for damages

The transferee is liable for all damages caused by:

- the pier, its removal, storage, use and any damages to third parties after the agreement is signed.

9. Other terms

This agreement contains all terms between the parties related to the transfer of the pier. Any changes

must be made in writing.
