The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the item, related documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com. Note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids you must pay the collection fee for each. • 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the seller resells the item, they will charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
