The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for any related costs. Items not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details; bid with the correct registration numbers. Any subsequently issued invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take days or even weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether anti-money laundering and sanctions checks are performed on the buyer. The seller cannot influence processing times.
