The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not apparent when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that would have been detectable in a pre-check.

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so faults and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant issues before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and MOT information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Cancelling the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus possible agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
