The lot is sold as seen and with the accessories stated in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in the pictures are not included unless specifically stated. The purchaser has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for the related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued later with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days to even weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies etc., and whether checks related to the Money Laundering Act and sanctions are required. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
