• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the lower selling price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms of sale before making an offer.
