The buyer is responsible for any cleaning measures related to the property.

Bidding

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller €2,000 for costs caused by the failed auction.

Acceptance of an offer

Buyers are asked to note that acceptance of an offer requires approval from the mortgagee. Obtaining this approval may take approximately 2 weeks from the end of the auction.

Concluding the sale

The buyer pays the purchase price into the seller’s bank account specified at the signing.
