Seized undeveloped property, 2.635 ha, Siilinjärvi, Siilinjärvi

The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 28/07/2026 to 18/08/2026 between 13:00. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 13:00 on 18/08/2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on 17/08/2026 to the Enforcement Authority's Kuopio office, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by e‑mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in purchaser liability under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
