The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing as applicable the general auction conditions laid down in the Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when an offer is accepted.

The property is seized and is sold privately by the bailiff in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction conditions of the Code.
