Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The sale will be carried out via the National Land Survey's property exchange service. Payment of the purchase price is made at the time of sale, before the seller's signatures. The buyer pays the fee of the official confirming the transaction.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
