A beautiful wilderness plot of just over three hectares in Neitokaitti, between Hetta and Vuontisjärvi. The plot has a 50-metre stretch of the Vaikkojoki River and the ground is mainly dry pine forest; the width of the plot is 50 metres. In summer you can wade across the rapids to reach the Vaikkojoki. According to the map there are two cottages in Neitokaitti, so there is plenty of peace and quiet, and the Käsivarsi hunting and fishing areas are nearby. Heading north you will encounter no more roads and after a few kilometres the Pöyrisjärvi wilderness area begins, which continues all the way to the Norwegian border. Rights to roads are handled in the subdivision process; at the moment there are no roads to the plot. Building a cottage requires an exceptional permit decided by the municipality of Enontekiö. The seller is not responsible for obtaining the permit in any way.

Shares in common areas and special rights will transfer to the buyer in proportion to areas, with the exception of Enontekiö joint forest shares. All joint forest shares remain with the seller. The total area of the property is approx. 110 hectares; the subdivision of previously sold parcel parts is pending.

The rights conferred by the shares are determined by applicable law, official regulations and the decisions of shareholder communities and other decision-making bodies. The seller does not comment on how the buyer of the parcel may use the rights attached to these shares.
