The property is sold in an online auction hosted on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 16 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized property will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 16 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, up to six weeks' payment extension may be granted for the remaining purchase price. For the payment period, the buyer must pay interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and follows the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via www.huutokaupat.com, the bidder may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached as the maximum bid under the automatic increment system. The asset is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the sale object. Buyers should therefore examine the sale object before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for transfer of title within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative by the time the transfer of title is applied for. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will acquire ownership and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
