A beautiful wilderness plot of about three hectares in Neitokaitti, between Hetta and Vuontisjärvi, part of property 47-406-26-34 ISOJÄNKÄ. The plot has 50 metres of Vaikkojoki riverbank and the ground is mainly dry pine forest; the plot's width is about 50 metres. In summer you can wade across the rapids to reach the Vaikkojoki. According to the map there are two cottages in Neitokaitti, so there is plenty of privacy, and the Käsivarsi hunting and fishing areas surround it. Going north you will encounter no more roads and after a few kilometres the Pöyrisjärvi wilderness area begins, continuing all the way to the Norwegian border. Rights to roads will be handled in the subdivision process; at the moment there are no roads to the plot. Building a cottage requires an exception permit decided by the municipality of Enontekiö. The seller is not responsible for obtaining this permit. The photos may not be of the exact plot, but the mineral land area of the whole property corresponds to the images.

The shares of the property in common areas and special rights are transferred to the buyer in proportion to the areas, except for the Enontekiö joint forest shares. All Enontekiö joint forest shares remain with the seller. The total property area is approx. 125 hectares; the subdivision of previously sold parcels is in progress.
