The property is sold by competitive bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 29 April 2026 and 22 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 22 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be submitted no later than 19 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The foreclosed object is sold by auction conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 29 April 2026 and 22 May 2026. The sale period ends on 22 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be approved or rejected.
