The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 30/04/2026 - 25/05/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 25/05/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale early or to extend the sale period.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The offer must be delivered no later than 22/05/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The person making the offer must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
