The property will be sold in an online auction on the website huutokaupat.com from 5 May 2026 to 27 May 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 27 May 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.
The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer may, however, accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic increment system. The offer must be submitted no later than 25 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
Further details about the property for sale and the terms of sale are set out in the prepared sales prospectus and its appendices.
