The item is sold by auction on the Huutokaupat.com website in an online auction held between 5 May 2026 – 28 May 2026. The deadline for placing bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
If it is not possible to make purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates.
The written purchase bid is binding and will be subject to the same terms as the online auction.
The written purchase bid must be submitted no later than 25 May 2026 at 16:15 to the Enforcement Authority at:
Enforcement Authority, Tampere Office
Kelloportinkatu 5 A 3rd floor
33100 Tampere
or by e-mail:
tampere.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi
The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.
After the auction has ended, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and will provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.
The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the bailiff in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
